Reviews of Novotel Cairo Airport

i was transit padssenger in novotel hotel at cairo airport . when trying to check in at the hotel on 12/29/2021 they gave me the most dirty room which is room 121 and when i was complaining to the font desck staff they change the room to room 120 . i was telling the lady can get room upstair she inform me there in no room availble now. we met groub came with us from usa transit as well. they got rooms upstair and we met at lobby that night.i asked the leader of the groub .how is the roms upstair he told they were good. i told can you video record all the rooms ocupied all of you . then i recorded all the rooms ocupied by us from room 120 to room 136.it was huge diffrent.when i get back to usa will file law suit at the court house. even if i have to stay in egypt extra .i have all the document and the diveo conversation with the front desck staff.the names of other groub and copy of their passport plus the video from thier and our rooms. it so very shame from novotel hotel staff.
