Is an Egyptian partnership company. It follows Egyptian regulations and was established in 2010. The company's current product is Masterbatch, and later on, in phase two, will go for other products.
The company's current annual capacity is 9000 tons for all Masterbatches. The company's total investment is 14,000,000 Egyptian pounds and working capital of 4,000,000 Egyptian pounds, and its capital structure is 100 % equity and no debt.
The company's current employees are 50 direct and indirect laborers.
From the perspective of a value-based organization and to be a world-class company, the company was certified ISO 9001 and now is in the process of certifying (ISO 14001 and 18001), Moreover, the company implemented an ERP system to increase the speed, visibility, and accuracy for all company activities.
One of the main sustainable competitive advantages of the company is that the owners (Management) have diversification as some of them have more than 25 years of experience in the same fields, and others have a doctor of business administration degree (DBA), which constitutes a high professional mix enabling the company to formulate and execute its strategic plan which leads to satisfying its customers and achieves the company long and short–term objectives.
